→About John Hinds

An effective, high-energy leader who has transformed finance functions from scorekeepers into visible, customer-driven business partners. John's signature strength is building, developing, and retaining finance teams that can manage increasingly complex processes while earning credibility across every part of the business — several of his former reporting associates now hold VP and C-suite roles of their own.

Trained and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois (1989), and a graduate of DePaul University with a B.S. in Accountancy, John brings 39+ years of strategic success across manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, and life sciences. He has served as CFO for Lawn & Garden, LLC, RG Holdco/RVGD Topco (parent of the Revision and Goodier Cosmetics brands), Colson Group Holdings, and Wilton Brands, with earlier finance leadership at Böwe Bell + Howell, Northfield Laboratories, Gateway, and Baxter Healthcare — and he began his career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche.
